Get ready to rock - and help raise money for some of Lanzarote´s leading local charities in the process. By heading down to the Lanzarote Rocks Benefit event taking place at the Plaza de los Naciones, Los Pocillos this coming Saturday April 30th. Which is the large beach just outside Puerto del Carmen as you head towards the airport.

Lanzarote Rocks has been organised by the Lanzarote Business Association and gets underway from 16.00. Featuring a whole host of live acts, such as Lady Gaga & Katy Perry tribute, The Soul Commitments and Konfetti, Top Catz Dance, Zumba Lanzarote, Skyband and Timbal.  As well as plenty of other activires and attractions, such as a video games tent and a football competition for the kids with prizes and bar and food also available.

Admission to the event is free and monies generated from raffles and donations will benefit Local charities such as A.F.O.L, who help families coping with cancer. And the Association Tinguafaya who aid disabled children. The event runs through until 00.30 and offers plenty to keep all age groups occupied.
