It is close to Arrieta, which boasts a beautiful golden sandy beach, which gently shelves into the sea, making it ideal for children. Several of the leading tourist attractions are only a short drive from the village, such as the Jameos del Agua and the Cactus Garden. It is also only a 15 minute drive from Costa Teguise, where the one of the island's two golf courses is situated and the water park.
