Ferry Timetables

Tourists visiting Lanzarote have the option to visit two neighbouring islands, La Graciosa and Fuerteventura.  There are also ferries departing from Arrecife to other islands such as Gran Canaria - but price and journey time makes hopping on a plane a better option for those further flung islands.

Ferries To Fuerteventura

It is well worth a visit to Fuerteventura, if you are here in Lanzarote for any length of time, and the best way to get there is by the regular ferry services operating from Playa Blanca at the south of Lanzarote.

The quality of the ferries operating on this route is exceptional for such a short journey, with the recently introduced Fred. Olsen Bocayana Express putting many cross channel ferries to shame.

Tickets can either be booked in advance or at the terminal which is normally a good option unless you are travelling right in the middle of peak holiday season, although even then the ferries are not usually too crowded.

As the ferries run at different times, it can be a good idea to only book a single ticket so that you can have your choice of which line to take on your return journey. Obviously this option depends on whether the ferries are busy
